About the Role
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing supplier of leading construction and earthmoving equipment, supporting customers across sales, hire, servicing and parts operations.
Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join their busy team in Berrinba. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for interpreting, sourcing and supplying parts to both internal and external customers. Working closely with workshop personnel, technicians and customers, you’ll provide expert advice and ensure parts enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
You’ll enjoy a mix of counter sales, phone and email enquiries, order processing, inventory coordination and customer support, making every day different.
Experience within the earthmoving, construction, agricultural, truck or automotive industries will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret, source and supply parts to internal and external customers
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Process sales orders, quotations, invoices and customer transactions
- Assist customers with product enquiries and technical parts information
- Coordinate parts transfers and inventory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Develop strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to add value
- Resolve customer enquiries and follow up promptly on outstanding requests
- Work closely with workshop and service departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Represent the business professionally and uphold company values at all times
About You – To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Consultant or Automotive Parts Specialist OR you may be a Technician, looking to get off the tools.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- A positive attitude and genuine team-first approach
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience within construction, earthmoving, agricultural, truck or automotive parts environments highly regarded
