Duties:
- Prepare and follow up on quotations to maintain a solid pipeline of work.
- Manage ongoing marketing needs, including lead generation, website, presentations, and client visits.
- Review contract documents for accuracy and address conflicts.
- Assist in developing business plans with short and long-term objectives.
- Prepare and update budgets to ensure revenue and profitability.
- Provide regular performance reporting to senior management.
- Source and manage subcontractors to meet project timelines.
- Update CRM daily with the latest project and prospect information.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, particularly within construction industry
- Strong focus on sales with proven deal-closing ability.
- Managerial experience demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Skilled at developing and maintaining financial plans.
- Proven ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
