About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on winning new business and developing strong client partnerships.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, attending client meetings and securing commercial cleaning contracts across a variety of industries.
The successful candidate will enjoy autonomy, support, warm leads and the backing of a respected national brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct site visits and client presentations
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Manage sales pipelines and activity reporting
- Attend networking opportunities and industry meetings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Previous experience in Business Development or Sales
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
Experience within Commercial Cleaning, Facilities Management or a service-based industry will be highly regarded, however strong BDM experience from other sectors is also encouraged.
