About the Role;
Our client is a growing and successful business specialising in home décor, artificial plants and flowers, floristry supplies and retail product solutions. They are seeking a commercially driven and creatively minded Internal Sales & Product Development Co-ordinator to support growth across sales, business development and product presentation.
This role offers a unique mix of internal B2B sales, account management, product range development and styling input. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, growing existing accounts and contributing ideas to keep product ranges fresh, commercially relevant and aligned with current market trends. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both sales and creativity and wants to make a genuine impact across multiple areas of the business.

Duties:
- Drive new B2B customer acquisition across garden centres, florists, retailers and events
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Curate and present product ranges to prospective customers
- Assist with product selection and range development
- Work with suppliers on product ideas and improvements
- Provide feedback based on customer demand and sales trends
- Support pricing, positioning and margin decisions
- Assist with product shoots, styling and brand presentation
- Stay across trends in home décor, artificial plants, floristry and seasonal styling
- Work toward revenue targets and growth KPI’s
Skills and Experience:
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to generate and close new business
- A good eye for product presentation, styling and market trends
- Proactive, hands-on and self-motivated approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in homewares, floristry, styling or retail products highly regarded
- High level computer skills in MS Office
- Photography experience or exposure to importing/supplier management is a bonus
