About the Role;
Our client is a highly respected international organisation with more than 60 years of success supplying premium construction and earthmoving equipment across multiple countries. Renowned for their commitment to customer service, they provide comprehensive equipment, parts and after-sales support solutions to a loyal customer base.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing an established customer portfolio. This field-based role will see you working closely with customers throughout the construction, earthmoving and mining sectors, promoting a comprehensive range of parts solutions.

Key Responsibilities;
- Drive growth of the Parts Division through proactive business development activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop and manage effective sales call cycles and customer visit schedules
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and customer spend
- Promote the business as a preferred supplier and “one-stop shop” solution
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Contribute towards branch sales objectives and revenue targets
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity and market developments
Skills & Experience;
- Experience within Parts Sales, Parts Interpreting or a related role highly regarded
- Knowledge of construction, earthmoving, heavy vehicle or mobile equipment industries preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
- Resilient, proactive and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory effectively
- Sound computer and administrative skills
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
