We are seeking a driven and resilient Sales & Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on targeting and converting new customers. This B2B role is all about pro-active outreach, building relationships from scratch, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal telemarketers to establish lead
- Identify, target and win new customers
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and visit sites on a regular basis
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close

Skills & Experience
- Proven success in a hunter-style B2B sales role
- Experience selling services is ideal
- Strong face-to-face selling capability with a track record of winning new business
- Highly self-motivated, resilient and comfortable with rejection
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute and target-driven
- This role is NOT suitable to candidates who require Sponsorship, or do not live in Australia and have full AU working rights.
