About the Role
Our client is a well-established Australian business supplying high-quality home, garden and pest control products to customers nationwide. With continued growth across their online channels, they are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator to take ownership of their digital presence and help maximise online performance.
This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage the company website, oversee product content, drive SEO initiatives and coordinate an offshore support team to ensure products are presented accurately and effectively. Working closely with management, you’ll identify opportunities to improve website performance, customer experience and online conversions while supporting ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company WordPress and WooCommerce website
- Coordinate and mentor an offshore team responsible for website content and product listings
- Ensure product information is accurate, engaging and consistently presented
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic
- Review existing content and product listings to maximise performance and conversions
- Create and publish website content including articles, educational resources and promotional material
- Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, user experience and online sales
- Research and implement new digital tools, plugins and technologies
- Continually improve workflows and processes to support business efficiency
Skills & Experience
To be successful you will possess:
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or Website Management
- Experience coordinating or leading offshore or remote teams
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practice
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Canva skills
- Excellent written communication with a strong eye for detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and passion for continuous improvement
