About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager, this role is responsible for delivering outstanding service to a portfolio of existing customers, while supporting sales outcomes and building strong, long-term relationships.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and contributing to shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding within set timeframes
- Manage and support a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Assist with customer enquiries relating to plumbing supplies and product requests
- Work closely with the sales team to manage and fulfil customer quotations
- Educate customers on all products and services
- Resolve customer queries and provide practical solutions
- Identify and refer larger opportunities to Business Development Managers
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
About You
You are a proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
You will have:
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or telesales
- Knowledge of plumbing or plumbing supply products (highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused attitude
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
