About the Role
Due to ongoing business growth, our client is looking for a proactive and committed Internal Sales professional to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Directors to build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide detailed product information, and perform a range of administrative support tasks.

Duties:
- Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct phone-based sales, including preparing and presenting quotes to potential customers
- Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert opportunities into sales
- Provide exceptional customer service, including face-to-face assistance in the showroom
- Coordinate and manage freight logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as required
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a sales and customer service role, ideally within the shop fitting or building industries
- Proven ability to process orders accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Background in cold calling, telemarketing, and face-to-face sales across a diverse customer base
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Professional phone manner and excellent telephone etiquette
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
