An established and growing technology and cyber security business is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join its PMO and support the delivery of cyber security and technology projects across a diverse client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Project Manager who enjoys staying close to the detail, working with technical teams, managing multiple priorities, and actively driving projects through to successful completion.
You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects across customer engagements and internal initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across a range of technology and cyber security initiatives.
This is not a purely oversight-style PM role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, detail-focused and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to keep projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology and cyber security projects
- Coordinate project planning, execution, timelines, resources and deliverables
- Work closely with technical teams, customers, leadership and external partners
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across technical and business audiences
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to client expectations
- Proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies, and drive them through to resolution
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders
- Support delivery discipline, governance and reporting across the project portfolio
About You
You are a hands-on Project Manager with experience delivering IT, technology or cyber security projects. You are comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and enjoy working in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
You will bring strong stakeholder management skills, a calm and practical approach, and the ability to keep projects moving while maintaining attention to detail.
To Be Successful, You Will Ideally Have
- Proven experience delivering IT, technology or cyber security projects
- Experience working in an MSP, IT services, consulting or cyber security delivery environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and delivery discipline
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building capability
- A willingness to stay hands-on and actively drive delivery outcomes
