Your New Role
Will see you managing a team of professionals who work collaboratively to ensure accurate, professional services are provided in a timely manner. Whilst upholding a fair Northern Territory and national justice system at all times.
Your background/skills & experience
To be considered for this opportunity you need to be able to demonstrate strong experience in the area of Family Law/Dispute Resolution. You will be comfortable in a mediation and court room environment and be confident of your knowledge to deliver high-quality legal advice, representation and manage/mentor your team. Together you will ensure that clients receive accurate professional representation in a timely manner. Being located in Darwin, you need to have the ability to communicate with not only staff and external stakeholders, but also with people from diverse backgrounds.

The Essentials
Strong experience in the Family Law/Dispute Resolution area
Ability to manage a team and caseload
Ability to communicate on all levels
Provide or obtain a Working with Children Clearance notice
Provide or obtain a Criminal History Check
Provide copies of relevant Tertiary Qualifications
Provide a copy of current “C” class drivers licence
Provide or obtain FDRP accreditation
