About the Role
If you’re a “people person” and you love managing your own portfolio, why not use your skills and experience in a different sector. You will receive upskilling to align yourself with the industries practices. You will be trusted to manage 60 to 80 clients and the franchisees that service them. Utilising your communication and negotiation skills you will be “the go to person”. It will be your role to ensure clients are happy and franchisees are adhering to practices and procedures. Daily and/or weekly site visits, quotations, relationship building and more……

- Develop and maintain sound business relationships
- Transition customers from Sales to Operations
- Weekly inspections and visits
- Liaise with customers and the franchisees
What we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft and CRM software
- Great communication skills (face to face & written)
- You are solution focused, organised and proactive
