Our client is seeking a mature and experienced Sales & Marketing Administration Assistant to provide crucial support to the two company directors. In this pivotal role, you will manage and oversee a variety of administrative tasks while engaging directly with clients and occasionally conducting property inspections. You will report directly to the directors, ensuring that their administrative and marketing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will not only facilitate smooth operations but also contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

  • Sub-Agent License required
  • Real Estate Sales Representative Certification essential
  • Strong administration skills necessary
  • Excellent marketing support experience preferred
  • Professional maturity and good judgment expected
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated customer-focused approach
  • Previous real estate experience favored
