About the Role
An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of up to 150 commercial and industrial properties. This is a hands-on, autonomous role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys client interaction, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease obligations including tenant induction, lease options, and expiry notifications
- Coordinate annual budgets, reconciliations, and outgoing invoicing
- Maintain rental files with accurate documentation and notes
- Monitor and manage rental arrears
- Oversee repairs and maintenance across properties
- Conduct entry and exit condition reports
- Prepare and present weekly management reports
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Commercial Property Management
- Proven ability to manage mixed-use portfolios (commercial/retail/industrial)
- Experience with property management software such as GOAT or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
- Current REIV certificate and Police Check
- Full Australian working rights (applicants must be based in Australia)
