About the Role
You will be joining a leading company renowned for its innovative trailer solutions and high-quality craftsmanship. Founded in 1997 in rural New Zealand as a small provider of trailer spare parts, the company has since expanded into Australia and built a loyal client base along the way.
In response to significant growth and plans for further expansion, we are seeking a skilled, energetic, and reliable Welder with a can-do attitude to join our motivated team in Campbellfield, Melbourne. To succeed in this role, you must be an adaptable team player who is willing to perform welding, assembly, and warehousing duties as required.

Duties:
- Welding & Cutting in the production of trailer axles and other fabricated components as required
- Polishing and pre-assembly of components
- General warehouse duties
- Quality checking of products
- Adherence to Health and Safety Standards
- Working as part of a team
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in TIG/MIG/Arc welding
- Ability to read plans/drawings
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic with standards of excellence
- Enjoys working as part of a team to get the job done
- Physically fit and energetic
- Some leadership experience is desirable
