- NDIS services

Your Opportunity
Working closely with the owners and Board, you will shape the strategic direction of the organisation and lead its next phase of development. This role is set firmly in the drivers seat.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute a national growth strategy
- Evaluate expansion opportunities across Australia, including Sydney
- Grow Support at Home, NDIS and community services
- Assess opportunities for additional residential facilities
- Explore new government-funded programs and service offerings
- Build scalable systems, leadership capability and governance
- Identify commercial opportunities while preserving exceptional quality of care
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
About You
You’re an experienced senior leader who combines commercial thinking with genuine compassion. You have successfully grown businesses, developed strategy and delivered sustainable results while maintaining strong organisational culture.
You’ll likely bring:
- Senior leadership experience within aged care
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience driving business growth and organisational expansion
- Knowledge of residential aged care and community services
- Exposure to Home Care and ideally NDIS
- Experience working with Boards and governance frameworks
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
