About the Role:

Our client is a Melbourne-based Managed Services Provider (MSP) helping Australian businesses get the most from their technology. They specialise in Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, automation, AI, and managed IT services.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Inside Sales & Account Manager to join their remote team in the Philippines. If you enjoy engaging with business decision-makers, generating new opportunities, and building long-term client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and prospecting activities.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for our Australian sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our technology solutions.
  • Follow up on proposals, quotes, and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
  • Learn and confidently communicate the value of Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and AI solutions.

About You
 
You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with business owners and decision-makers and thrives in a target-driven environment.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Appointment Setting, or Account Management.
  • Experience supporting Australian, New Zealand, UK, or North American clients.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • A proven ability to build rapport and consistently achieve sales targets.

Highly regarded:

  • Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience.
  • IT services or technology sales.
  • Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience using HaloPSA or Zomentum.
