About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Campaign Coordinator to join their supportive web development team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a design background, an interest in digital campaigns and a willingness to develop their technical skills. You’ll play an important role in bringing digital promotions to life, from building HTML email campaigns and coordinating creative assets to managing schedules, checking content and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
Working closely with internal teams, clients, stakeholders and suppliers, you’ll help turn campaign requirements into engaging digital experiences. If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy combining creativity with technical execution, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update electronic direct mail (eDM) campaigns using HTML, CSS and supplied designs.
- Set up and maintain online promotional campaigns, working with the development team to support website updates and campaign implementation.
- Check designs, campaign requirements and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate revisions, communicate updates and follow up with clients, stakeholders, creative agencies and suppliers.
- Track deadlines, coordinate deliverables and ensure all required items are ready for launch.
- Review content, layouts, links and other campaign elements before publication.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery and execution.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a combination of design capability, technical understanding and strong organisational skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A good understanding of digital design principles.
- Awareness of current web protocols, standards and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication, organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or knowledge of e-commerce and content management.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently when required.
Highly regarded: Experience with content management systems or email marketing platforms, and familiarity with digital campaign implementation.
