You will act as the central coordination point between clients, the Financial Adviser, paraplanners, and support team. You will oversee client onboarding, implementation of advice, review scheduling, and practice management, ensuring exceptional client experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries and maintain strong relationships
- Oversee onboarding, reviews, and advice implementation
- Coordinate team and daily workflow priorities
- Ensure compliance, file integrity, and Xplan accuracy
- Liaise with providers, advisers, and internal team
Skills & Experience
- Experience in financial planning client services
- Strong knowledge of advice implementation processes
- Proficiency in Xplan or similar planning software
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Australian Citizen or with Permanent Residency
