Duties:
- Liaise with clients effectively to understand their needs.
- Prepare and file all relevant legal documentation promptly.
- Adhere strictly to court timelines and requirements.
- Conduct court appearances and present cases confidently.
- Engage in face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Maintain detailed records of each case for accuracy.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the process.
Skills and Experience:
- Admitted solicitor with relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 2-3 years post admission experience required.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Proficiency in using legal software (Leap) preferred but not essential.
- Ability to run cases autonomously and as a part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance in line with office standards.
