About the Role:
Established in Australia since 2017 and operating in the UK for 30 years creating high-performance, and sustainable commercial washrooms featuring state-of-the-art technology.
This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by managing calendars, preparing reports, coordinating communications, and assisting with client engagements. This role will also involve project follow-up, some telemarketing, CRM management, email inbox management, and appointment scheduling for their small sales team.

Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and documentation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Track and analyse sales data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with new leads, sales activities, and client information.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales executive, clients, partners, and internal teams, maintaining professional communication and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for sales executives and clients, including meetings, transportation, and accommodations.
- Manage the email inbox for the sales executive responding to inquiries, flagging important communications, and ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient time management.
- Organize internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or relevant qualification
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
