They are seeking an experienced, and confident customer service/dispatch coordinator to join their dedicated and supportive team. This varied role focuses on managing customer orders, overseeing warehouse operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Place customer orders in the system accurately.
- Process and manage all customer orders promptly over the phone and via emails
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch.
- Support dispatch operations, including labels and paperwork.
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain documentation standards.
- Handle customer service emails and phone calls effectively.
- Resolve any basic issue
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; ERP/WMS experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Dedicated and self-sufficient work ethic.
