In this key role, you will manage mid-sized projects and minor installations, demonstrating your expertise in the construction field. You will ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards expected by our clients. Your hands-on approach will encompass not only managing the installation process but also leading an installation crew of up to two members, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Duties:
- Manage installation crews efficiently on site.
- Perform hands-on installation tasks and mid-sized project management.
- Set out accurate, square, and level sandwich panel installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management for updates.
- Adhere to site-specific OH&S and JSA protocols.
- Utilize machinery and tools for efficient project completion.
- Identify and report safety risks before they escalate.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Valid Driver’s License is essential.
- Current White Card for site safety compliance.
- Strong understanding of manual handling practices.
- Experience with safe operation of various hand and powered tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills.
- Relevant construction experience in first and second fix carpentry.
- Ability to uphold a strong Safety-First attitude in all tasks.
- Preferred certifications in Forklift, Working at Heights, and Elevated Work Platforms.
