Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager responsible for the day-to-day support to a small team and effectively manage the office operations. This exciting role encompasses a variety of responsibilities across office management, administrative support, and some accounts functions, all aimed at ensuring seamless office operations and team productivity.

- Part-time hours 5 days per week (9am – 3pm) or full time depending on experience.
Duties:
- Manage payroll for a small team, accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate and organise meetings efficiently.
- Handle correspondence management.
- Organise various company events and travel arrangements.
- Format and distribute briefing materials and proposals.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping, including meeting minutes.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to WHS policies and systems.
- Basic management of the website and social media accounts.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager within a small to medium-sized enterprise.
- Proficient in accounting software an advantage (e.g.Xero).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Good ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of WHS regulations and their implementation.
