Australian recognised leader in natural hazards and climate risk services working with a wide range of sectors. Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager responsible for the day-to-day support to a small team and effectively manage the office operations. This exciting role encompasses a variety of responsibilities across office management, administrative support, and some accounts functions, all aimed at ensuring seamless office operations and team productivity.

  • Part-time hours 5 days per week (9am – 3pm) or full time depending on experience. 

Duties: 

  • Manage payroll for a small team, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence management.
  • Organise various company events and travel arrangements.
  • Format and distribute briefing materials and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping, including meeting minutes.
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to WHS policies and systems.
  • Basic management of the website and social media accounts. 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager within a small to medium-sized enterprise.
  • Proficient in accounting software an advantage (e.g.Xero).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of WHS regulations and their implementation.
