The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a recruitment-centric Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People & Culture team, reporting directly to our Head of People. This is a hands-on internal recruitment role where you’ll take the lead on sourcing, screening, onboarding, and supporting the end-to-end candidate experience across multiple business areas.

You’ll be the go-to for hiring managers, working closely with them to scope roles, run recruitment campaigns, and ensure we’re bringing in the best talent — all while staying adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end internal recruitment across a variety of roles and business units
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
  • Proactively source, assess, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
  • Provide support across HR initiatives where required
  • Jump in and pivot when needed – no two days are the same!

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 4 years’ experience in recruitment (internal strongly preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience with onboarding and stakeholder management
  • A team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail, flexible, and able to adapt quickly mid-campaign
  • A good sense of humour and a “can do” attitude – we value personality and positivity!
