Our client is seeking a self-motivated, vibrant individual who will be a valued part of their high performing team. In this dynamic role, you will oversee and coordinate various accounting and bookkeeping tasks while ensuring smooth workflows across the office. Your focus will be on enhancing client service quality and maintaining high operational efficiency in line with business goals.

Duties:
- Conduct general ledger data entry and bank reconciliations for a diverse client portfolio.
- Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS).
- Manage payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Lodge superannuation contributions monthly and quarterly
- Generate weekly cash flow and debtor reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist with tax and compliance management.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in a tax or bookkeeping practice
- Exposure to small business administration or client communications
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, MYOB).
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Good communication and relationship management abilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated ‘go-getter’ attitude.
