About the Role
My client is looking for an experienced Embroidery Machinist to join their team, specialising in operating Barudan embroidery machines and heat press equipment. This role involves producing high-quality branded products, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring customer expectations are met.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating embroidery and heat press machines, managing production schedules, and working closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. My client is seeking someone who takes pride in their work and contributes to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Duties:
- Operate Barudan industrial embroidery machines for high-quality branding
- Use Wilcom embroidery software to set up designs
- Use heat press for requested orders
- Ensure all orders meet customer specifications and deadlines
- Prepare orders, including folding, packing, and distribution
- Maintain a clean, efficient workspace and follow safety standards
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience in similar role
- Operate Industrial Barudan embroidery machines with precision
- Use Wilcom embroidery software for accurate design setup
- Experience in using an industrial heat press
- Meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality branding
- Work independently and within a team environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and time management
