About the Role:
Established in 1945, our Client supplies world leading Construction Equipment brands through sales and hire of their equipment throughout four countries in the World.
They are now seeking a driven, ambitious and conscientious person who has experience in Stores and/or Parts and is eager to take on a new challenge. In this role, you will report to the Parts Manager and collaborate closely with the Workshop Team to ensure the precise and efficient ordering, sourcing, and stocking of parts. Ideally you will have a stores background and some automotive parts experience or be mechanically minded, with a willingness to learn.

Duties:
- Research, source and ensure stock of fast moving parts
- Complete correct invoicing and stock transfer processes
- Build and maintain professional internal relationships
- Be responsible for all Inwards and Outwards Goods for the Store
- Assist with regular stocktakes
- Handle complaints and warranty claims
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Stores, Parts and/or Automotive highly desirable or a Mechanically minded individual
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Ability to follow procedures, systems and processes
- A high level of computer skills
- Positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Forklift licence or the ability to obtain a licence
- Drivers Licence essential
- MUST be a resident and have full Australian working rights
