About the Role:
Our client has been providing quality workmanship in the accident repair industry across Australia for over 30 years. We are now seeking a self-motivated, commercially astute individual, who has hands-on experience as an Automotive Spray Painter and/or knowledge of the Panel Beating / Smash Repair industry. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth across WA through client visits, calls and relationship building. You will also manage high-volume orders, oversee pick/pack operations, and coordinate dispatch to ensure seamless service delivery. This role combines technical expertise with commercial and operational responsibilities, offering a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Duties
- Generate revenue and brand awareness through sales calls and client engagement
- Provide professional customer service by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Receive, process, and manage high-volume orders via phone and email
- Pick, pack, and check orders for quality control & arrange dispatch
- Visit clients and industry members to strengthen relationships
- Attend trade shows, expos and industry events as required
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Meet company targets and KPIs set by management
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years commercial experience in Automotive Trade, Supplier, or Automotive Solutions sector
- Hands-on knowledge of spray painting or smash repair experience required
- Strong communication and people skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Sound computer literacy for reporting, CRM, and order management
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven sales success and ability to identify revenue opportunities
- Well-presented, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality
- Must be living in Australia with full working rights – sponsorship cannot be provided
