About the Role:
Our client is a family owned Agency, who have been in operation for over 20 years.  Their team have an intricate knowledge of Brisbane’s Inner City and surrounds and are dedicated and passionate about building relationships, creating trust and offering an impeccable service at all times.
  
A position is now available for someone who is passionate about Property Management and providing superior customer service to their clients.  Working in a team with two others, the successful candidate will be responsible for their own portfolio of around 120 properties and will be undertaking end to end property management functions.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Agency, who has an excellent reputation in the Community.

Duties:

  • Undertake end to end Property Management
  • Process Tenancy Applications
  • Schedule and conduct entry, exits and routine inspections  
  • Coordinate maintenance & repairs
  • Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews & arrears
  • Liaise professionally with Landlords and Tenants
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner

Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally have a minimum 12 months experience in Property Management
  • High level computer skills, with a knowledge of Real Estate specific software ie; Console Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-focused with a high level of organization and time management skills
  • Friendly, professional attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Current driver license 
  • Current Certificate of Registration essential
