About the Role
We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service / Internal Sales Representative to join our Victorian team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across the Food, Beverage, Dairy, Brewing, and Pharmaceutical sectors — supporting enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from first call through to delivery.
You’ll also work closely with our sales and service teams, giving you exposure to different parts of the business and variety in your day-to-day. This is a full-time, office-based role (8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday) offering variety, support, and the opportunity to grow your career within a national business.

Duties
- Be the first point of contact for customers (phone, email, and in person)
- Support internal and external sales representatives
- Generate quotes, follow up with customers, and process sales orders
- Coordinate shipments and arrange Proof of Delivery (POD) requests
- Manage accounts receivable reminders for overdue accounts
- Contribute in weekly team meetings
- Service Administration, Warehousing and Purchasing/Stock Management Support duties – as required
Skills & Experience:
- Friendly, engaging, and approachable with a great phone manner
- Strongly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- A team player who’s willing to step in and help where needed
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in quotes, orders, and schedules
- Eager to learn and complete product training
- Comfortable using email, phone systems, and computer programs
- Experienced in sales, service, or customer support (industry experience highly regarded)
- Mechanically minded or with an interest in technical/industrial products (advantageous)
- Confident in building rapport with clients
- Reliable, tidy, and professionally presented (uniform provided)
- Licensed driver with access to a car (role not accessible by public transport)
