Our client is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of premium industrial fabric products, serving agriculture, mining, and commercial sectors with innovation and integrity. As they continue to grow, they’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator.

In this dynamic role, you will manage essential sales operations and serve as a crucial point of contact for our customers. You will report directly to the Managing Director while collaborating closely with our Sales Director and the sales team. Your responsibilities will span across customer service, sales support, and office administration, ensuring the seamless operation of all sales functions.

Duties:

  • Manage sales inbox and phone calls efficiently.
  • Compile and distribute weekly sales KPI reports.
  • Handle leads and quotes, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Process and track sales orders in ERP/Xero.
  • Coordinate customer communications with BDMs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for reception duties.
  • Organize staff travel bookings as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.

 
Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong work ethic.
  • Proven customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Adaptable team player in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Netsuite implementations is a plus.
