About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Migration Specialist to lead and deliver SharePoint Online migrations, develop Copilot agents, and implement Power Automate solutions for a growing client base. This is a hands-on technical role where you will work closely with clients to plan, execute, and support migration and automation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end SharePoint migration activities, building workflow automation to improve business processes, and supporting innovative Microsoft 365 solutions including Copilot integrations. The role requires strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
This opportunity will begin as a 3-month contract, with a clear pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate. It offers the chance to work with a progressive Australian MSP and contribute to modern workplace transformation projects using the latest Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver SharePoint Online migrations for client environments
- Plan, execute, and validate migrations using: Microsoft Migration Manager (Move) and AvePoint Fly Server (advantageous)
- Design and build Microsoft Copilot agents tailored to client business needs
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve business processes
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Troubleshoot migration and automation issues independently
- Document solutions and follow best-practice Microsoft 365 standards
Skills and Experiences:
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online migrations
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience building Power Automate flows
- Exposure to Copilot agents or AI-driven Microsoft 365 solutions
- Fluent spoken and written English (essential)
- Ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Highly Regarded (Nice to Have)
