About the Role
Due to ongoing project demand, our client is seeking a reliable, hardworking Construction Labourers and Site Installation Technicians (Insulated Panels) to join their growing team in Adelaide.
This is a hands-on site-based role responsible for installing insulated panel systems across all-sized projects. You’ll work on active construction sites, either independently or as part of a small crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
While general labouring experience is welcome, candidates with trade-aligned backgrounds such as carpentry, joinery, cabinetry, sheet metal, or roofing will be highly regarded.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of insulated panel systems on construction sites
- Accurate setting out (square, level, and true)
- Safe operation of hand and power tools
- Manual handling and physically demanding tasks
- Adhering to OH&S, JSAs, and company HSEQ systems
- Identifying and reporting site safety risks
- Communicating progress and issues with supervisors and clients
About You
You are reliable, safety-focused, and take pride in your work. You enjoy working on-site, can handle a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong background in carpentry, joinery, cabinetry, sheet metal, or roofing (highly desirable)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Ability to work independently or within a small team
- Strong work ethics, punctuality, and professionalism
- A mature, resilient approach to construction site environments
