Our client, who specializes in high-quality windows, glass, and architectural solutions tailored to commercial and residential projects, is seeking a skilled and self-driven Procurement Manager to take full control of the purchasing and supply coordination needs.
This is a newly-created role, offering genuine ownership and the chance to make an immediate impact on our systems and processes. In this role, you will manage procurement across multiple construction projects – sourcing materials, placing and tracking orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll also work closely with estimators and project managers to ensure seamless operational support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end purchasing of materials and supplies
- Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and lead times
- Utilise digital systems such as Logikal, Factory App and DashPivot (training provided)
- Cross-referencing Architectural and shop drawings.
- Track deliveries, costs and inventory to support multiple projects
- Support the project team with sourcing/cost advice
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in procurement, estimating or supply chain in construction/fabrication
- Knowledge of aluminium windows, doors, glass, door hardware (highly desirable)
- Experience in
- Have used Logikal by Orgadata software (highly preferred, or V6 software as the closest)
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
- Confident working with digital processes and apps
- Based in Australia – sponsorship not available
