About the Role:

Our client is on the lookout for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a hands-on approach and a positive, can-do attitude. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will manage a portfolio of nine diverse brands. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing all e-commerce sites, including content management and SEO optimization. You will execute impactful eDM campaigns, assist with marketing promotions, and create engaging content across all digital channels. You will also demonstrate your expertise in developing and executing strategic campaigns in both B2B and B2C markets, with a focus on below-the-line marketing.

Duties:

  • Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns across all channels.
  • Implement digital marketing tasks, including eDM (Klaviyo), website updates, e-commerce (Shopify), and paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon).
  • Manage and optimize digital performance across customer touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand communication.
  • Develop content and execute innovative social media and email campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Measure, report, and analyze digital marketing initiatives to meet commercial objectives and inform future KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing initiatives, including events and asset development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualification in Marketing or related discipline with a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience working in wholesale distribution or a personal interest in the baby goods industry (also high regarded)
  • Strong digital strategy development, data analysis, web analytics and SEO skills.
  • Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, email automation workflows, Campaign Monitor and Amazon campaign (highly regarded)
  • Research skills for trend analysis and creative inspiration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Professional work ethic with an ability to work as an integral member of a team and autonomously.
