About the Role:
As Practice Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Working five days a week, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, and work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure seamless practice management.
- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of patient care.
- Monitor and manage the practice’s financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and regulatory bodies.
- Address patient feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Practice Manager role or similar leadership position within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with medical billing and Medicare (MBS).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in medical practice management software.
