About the Role
Due to continued business growth, our client is looking for a skilled and client-focused C;ient Services Manager to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to the Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service. You will manage a talented team of professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you will lead client relationships, oversee accounting and tax engagements including SMSF, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

Duties:
- Manage and mentor a team, providing support in client engagements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and meet objectives.
- Review financial statements and tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Promote a collaborative work environment to encourage professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a business services/tax within Public Practice locally, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and leading teams.
- CPA or CA qualified, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Experience with accounting and taxation software such as MYOB, XERO, Quickbooks, BGL, Access (Handisoft) is an advantage
- Experience with trusts, partnerships, companies and Superannuation funds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Technical proficient and sound compliance knowledge, with competency in using Excel.
- Must be a Permanent Resident of Australia
