About the Role

They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of up to 160 commercial and industrial properties. We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service and results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage lease obligations (e.g., tenant induction, lease renewals, expiry processes)
- Prepare annual budgets, reconciliations, forecasts, and ongoing invoicing for outgoings
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive rental files and notes
- Oversee arrears management and rent collection
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Conduct entry and exit condition reports
- Prepare weekly reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in commercial property management
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse commercial/retail portfolio
- Familiarity with GOAT or similar property management software
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including experience with high-net-worth clients
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Current REIV membership and Police Check
- Must be currently residing in Australia with full working rights
