Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of their flagship location in Petersham. This role is responsible for leading approximately 45 staff across both the retail showroom and warehouse. Reporting directly to Executive Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and high-performing team culture.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the retail team across the store
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage daily store operations, sales performance, and team productivity
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and safety standards
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support occasional delivery activities as required
- Oversight of the warehouse team
What You’ll Bring
- Must have a solid experience in retail management
- Preferred to have some knowledge or experience in plumbing retail & showrooms
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate large teams
- Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, energetic, and hands-on management style
- Previous experience in operational or store management roles
- A current, valid driver’s licence
