About the Role:
As the firm’s primary Licensed Conveyancer, you will work closely with the business owner to manage client matters from instruction through to settlement. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that will see you handle the full spectrum of conveyancing tasks while contributing to the growth and efficiency of the business. You’ll be supported with systems and flexibility to perform at your best — whether full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, and financial institutions
- Draft, review, and lodge contracts and legal documents
- Provide expert advice and updates to clients throughout the process
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- Contribute to improving systems and operational efficiency
- Support Roger in delivering high-quality conveyancing services
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Must be a Licensed Conveyancer in NSW
- Proven experience managing your own files independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional communication and client care abilities
- Comfortable with digital conveyancing systems (PEXA, LEAP or similar)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
