With demand growing and new projects launching, they are creating a brand‑new Sales & Marketing Manager role to elevate their brand, drive strategy, and lead a small, talented team.

About the Role
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s marketing strategy, digital presence, and content direction. You’ll lead social media, storytelling, campaigns, and sales support initiatives that showcase the studio’s immersive digital environments and creative tech capabilities.
This is a hands‑on, strategic role where you’ll work closely with the leadership team to grow awareness, build partnerships, and bring their digital experiences to a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with growth goals
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team
- Strengthen brand presence across digital, social, and industry channels
- Manage campaign planning, budgets, and performance
Digital Content & Social Media
- Oversee the creation of engaging digital content, case studies, and visual storytelling
- Drive social media strategy and community engagement
- Ensure consistent brand voice and creative direction
- Manage website content, updates, and performance
Sales & Growth Support
- Partner with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral
- Support lead generation and nurture activity
- Create compelling presentations, pitch decks, and marketing assets
Brand Building & Market Insights
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour
- Identify opportunities to elevate brand visibility
- Contribute to events, launches, and promotional activities
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in marketing or sales/marketing roles within digital tech, AV, creative production, immersive experiences, or related industries
- A strong understanding of digital content, social media, and brand storytelling
- The ability to lead strategy while staying hands‑on with execution
- Creativity, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills
- A proactive, energetic approach with the confidence to build something new
- Experience working within a similar immersive/creative tech industry (highly regarded)
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team (highly regarded)
