Our client, who specializes in high-quality windows, glass, and architectural solutions tailored to commercial, residential, specialist fit-out projects is currently seeking a proactive and driven Site Manager to join their growing team.
This is a key role with a clear pathway to progress into a Project Manager position – perfect for someone who wants to step up and eventually take on larger projects within the business.
In this role, you’ll manage multiple live construction sites, overseeing day-to-day operations, site personnel, subcontractors, deliveries, measurements and project coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead onsite delivery & quality across multiple construction sites
- Use digital tools like Dash Pivot, ITPs, and cloud-based site diaries for reporting
- Coordinate installation teams, materials and suppliers
- Liaise daily with Project Manager and Managing Director/Contractor installers and Builder.
- Identify issues early, keep jobs on track and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensuring SWMS and WHS documents are submitted and project specific.
- Water testing subframes and windows and curtain walls.
- Set out and site measuring openings for manufacture
- Must be able to read and cross reference architectural drawings and shop drawings.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction industry background – facades/windows experience highly regarded
- Site Supervisor/Site Manager or Leading Hand ready for next step
- Strong communicator, organised, tech-savvy and solutions focused
- Ambition to grow into a Project Management role in time
- Experience in using V6 or Logikal software
- Familiar with Capral/Alspec extrusions and Glass types knowledge
- Must be based in Australia (no sponsorship offered)
