Your New Role
To facilitate further growth, they are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and expanding their customer base. Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft consulting, development and platform implementation will put you at the top of the list.
Your Responsibilities
· Manage the sales process; from leads to signing
· Respond to leads derived from marketing campaigns
· Leading discovery calls with prospects and uncovering purchasing decision
making process
· Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to
prospective clients
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
· Develop compelling proposals and tender submissions based on a
comprehensive understanding of customers’ needs and requirements
· Forging and developing the relationship with key Microsoft stakeholders
· Work closely with Marketing to provide insights and identify and develop
lead gen campaigns
· Achieve and/or exceed sales targets and objectives
Your expertise and experience
· Intelligent and commercially savvy
· Achievement orientated, but client solution focused first
· Excellent at nurturing opportunities to close 2-4 month buying cycle
· Extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting, intranet
software and Microsoft stack.
· Confident liaising with C-suite, Marcomms, HR and technology decisions
makers
· Pro-active by nature
· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
· Methodical approach to sales process and organisation
· Excited and engaged with technological advancements
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
