About the Role
Due to retirement, they are now in need of an experienced Accounts Administrator to take the reins. You will be stepping into a very well organised Accounts role, where everything is in place for you. The lady who is retiring will be on board to bring you up to speed before she departs. No qualifications are necessary, as this is not a role with career progression. The ideal person is someone with a strong Accounts background, who loves to sit and get the job done as part of a friendly/professional team. A solid background in a similar role will put you at the top of the list. Experience within a commercial small business environment would be ideal, but is not essential.

Duties (In a nutshell)
 
·       Accounts from A to Z (Xero software)
·       AR and AP
·       Bank Reconciliations
·       Data entry (Simpro software)
·       Payroll, BAS, Super and leave applications
·       Staff reimbursements
·       International transfers and more……….
 
Skills and Experience
 
·       Xero software experience is a must
·       Simpro software experience is a must
·       Solid Accounts background
·       You’re capable of working with minimal supervision
·       You thrive in a busy environment
·       You’re quick and accurate
·       You’re not looking for career progression, just a long term
         part-time position
