Service Co-Ordinator / Scheduler – Industrial Refrigeration

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC or Refrigeration Technician who is ready to step off the tools and move into a stable, office-based role.
You will work closely with a highly experienced Service Co-ordinator to help manage and schedule a fleet of 16 field technicians, ensuring jobs are booked efficiently, customers are well looked after, and operations run smoothly day-to-day.
Full on-the-job training will be provided, making this an ideal transition role for someone who understands the industry and wants to build a long-term career in operations and service management.

Key Responsibilities
- Service scheduling and technician co-ordination
- Liaising with customers and managing service bookings
- Job management, documentation and workflow tracking
- Vehicle scheduling, servicing and fleet management
- Supporting the service team with day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
- Industry knowledge in HVAC or Refrigeration (highly regarded)
- Experience with simPRO or similar job management systems (desirable)
- SAP experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous experience in service scheduling or coordination will be highly regarded, but technicians ready for a career change are strongly encouraged to apply.
