About the Role
This is a newly created role where you will use your client services experience in financial planning to work directly with clients and manage and develop the client services team. You will be involved in practice management and AFSL compliance work as the “right hand” to the Adviser. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and implementation of advice. You will work with the Adviser and Paraplanners to ensure the timely delivery of advice. In a nutshell, you will be the glue that ensures this firm runs smoothly and efficiently.
The person we are looking for will – Enjoy making a difference. Utilise your planning and organizing abilities, as well as your excellent interpersonal skills and passion for customer service, on a daily basis. Be the “go to person” who uses his/her Financial Planning knowledge to take the pressure off the professionals. This role will put you right at the centre of the action.
Duties
- Liaising with clients and answering queries
- Maintain accurate client records and files to meet compliance standards
- Implementing Advice
- AFSL and Practice Management

Skills and Experience
- Diploma of Financial Planning preferred – but not essential
- Proficient with financial planning software – preferably Xplan
- Previous experience in the financial planning sector
- Understanding of compliance & regulatory framework
