About the Role
Essentially you will be the “go to person” for the customer. You will be liaising with customers on a daily basis. Looking after quotes, bespoke orders, QA trials, variations, inventory and more… You will build a rapport and gain the customer’s confidence to ensure all their needs are met. You will not be alone, you will be surrounded by an enthusiastic team, who are ready, willing and able to help when needed. Not to mention a very supportive management team. This truly is a “team culture”.

Duties
- Establish a rapport with customers
- Liaise with customers daily
- Work closely with Sales/Production/Operations
- Manage customers’ request/queries
- Assist other team members if required
- Maintain accurate records on CRM
- Work diligently with attention to detail
