About the Role
Essentially you will be the “go to person” for the customer. You will be liaising with customers, on a daily basis. Looking after quotes, bespoke orders, QA trials, variations, inventory and more… You will build a rapport and gain the customer’s confidence to ensure all their needs are met. You will have the support of team members and management. This truly is a “team culture”.

Duties
· Establish a rapport with customers
· Liaise with customers daily
· Work closely with Sales/Production/Operations
· Manage customers’ request/queries
· Assist other team members if required
· Maintain accurate records on CRM
· Work diligently with attention to detail
