Duties
- Ownership and management of all warehouse operations
- Manage & delegate the Warehouse Email Inbox of Internal inquiries
- Receipting, picking, packing, dispatching….
- Responsible for training, motivation, and leadership
- Ensure all company and customer commitments are meet daily
- Create continuous improvement plans and report to management
- Accurate stock control (location checks & ensuring UPL policies are followed)
- Upkeep of all machinery & computers (equipment)
- Scheduling the warehouse teams’ leave for approval
- Process all returns to suppliers efficiently
- Manage inbound & outbound deliveries including company vehicles
- Loading, unloading trucks & containers
Skills and Experience
- Previous Warehouse leadership exp
- Driver’s Lic & High Reach forklift license is a must
- Computer savvy and WMS experience
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
